What the app is

A logistics operations system: dispatch works in the browser, drivers on the phone. Jobs include collections, deliveries, documents, calculated value and history.

You can import data from PDF/images with AI, paste screenshots (Ctrl+V) into Job Docs, and track vehicles live on the map.

How to use

Recommended dispatcher flow, from login to job completion.

    Log in

    Sign in with email and password. You land on the Dashboard: drivers, GPS, documents.

  2. 2

    Add drivers

    Drivers → Add. Fill driver ID, name, email, password, plate number. The driver uses these credentials in the Android app.

    Driver documents

    Driver Documents → Add. Choose the driver, type (licence, MOT, insurance, etc.), expiry date and PDF/photo.

  4. 4

    Create a job

    Jobs → Create Job. You can: (a) import a PDF with AI, (b) fill the form, (c) paste/edit Job JSON. Add collection and delivery, then Job Docs with Ctrl+V or upload. Save Job.

    Assign a driver

    On create or Edit Job, choose Assigned Driver. The driver gets an FCM/email notification and sees the job on the phone.

  6. 6

    Track and close

    Live Map / Route History for GPS. The job shows POC (collection) and POD (delivery photo + signature). Status: pending → in progress → completed.

Android

The driver app

  • Receives the job as soon as it is assigned.
  • Updates status, ETA, POC/POD photos and signature.
  • Sends GPS position to the dispatch map.

Quick tips

  • Job Docs belong to the job, not the stops. Use them for general paperwork PDFs.
  • On AI Import, click the dashed zone then Ctrl+V to paste a screenshot.
  • The job-value calculator can auto-apply to the Job Value field.
  • System Tests (hidden menu: click Admin Panel 5 times) checks creating jobs, drivers and documents.
