2. What TramAR is

TramAR is a mobile Android app. This policy describes how personal data is handled when you install and use TramAR from Google Play.

3. Information we collect

TramAR may process the following information, only as needed for the app to work:

• Device information: Android version, device model, language, and anonymous app diagnostics needed to keep the app stable.
• Camera: used on the device for in-app features (including augmented reality). Camera images are processed to display the feature. We do not use the camera for advertising.
• Location: only if you grant permission and a feature requires it (for example placing content in the real world). You can refuse or later revoke this in Android settings.
• Account data: only if you choose to contact us or send information by email. We do not require a social login to use the app.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to show third-party ads.

• To provide and improve TramAR features
• To fix crashes and technical problems
• To answer messages you send to niros888@gmail.com

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by Google Play / Google Play services when you download the app, install updates, or when Android permissions and standard device services are used. Those services are governed by Google’s own policies.

6. Data retention and deletion

Information stored on your phone can be removed by uninstalling TramAR. If you have sent personal data by email, you can ask us to delete it. Write to niros888@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and we will handle the request.

7. Children

TramAR is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact niros888@gmail.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers by email.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw permission in your device settings. Contact:

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of TramAR after an update means you accept the revised policy.
